What are your earliest memories?
The very earliest memory I have was from when I was two years old. I remember going camping with our whole family. We were in Memory Grove. Everyone decided to go on a hike together. They didn't want to take me along because I was so young so my Grandma Elody stayed back at camp with me. I am so glad that I have that memory. My Grandma didn't live that much longer. She died of cancer before I turned three. It really amazes me that I even remember that. I also remember visiting her in the hospital & she gave all the grandkids a stuffed heart pillow with a little puppy on them (except for Stacy, she gave a kitten). I remember the heart was red with lace around it. I wonder if anyone else remembers that?? Other early memories that I have are either camping or at ball games. One time when we were camping. I was probably five. All of us kids decided to go exploring. It was Bret, Jeremy, Jaci, Mindy, Ryan, & me. We got lost. Seriously. We were totally lost in the mountains. I just remember we kept walking & walking. We started hearing a horn going off, so we followed the sound. Amazingly, we found our way back. My parents were sounding their horn to help us figure out how to get back. Another time when we were camping. It was really early morning. All of a sudden we could hear a herd of animals walking through our camp. It was a whole herd of cows. How funny!! I also remember exploring around Ken Price ball field & Murray Park. We always had the funnest times there! What are your earliest memories?

sounds like fun times.. I'll have to ask Ryan if he remembers when you guys got lost in the mountains..
My earliest memories...hmmm...
I used to climb trees a lot, especially blackberry trees... after I had a few blackberries I'd climb down the tree and my clothes would be all stained. We lived on a dead end street so I was always outside playing with friends.
I can't believe all that you remember! That is so great! I do remember getting lost! All I remember is the sound of the horn honking! Oh my gosh!
I also remember getting in the very back of Grandma's car and going to see Bambi in the theater. She had Sprees for all of us and a little stuffed animal. I'm not sure what it was for. I remember taking up a whole row at the theater and thinking how lucky i was I had so many cousins and that we loved to be with each other! I remember staying over at your house a lot and pretending we had our own restaurant. Your mom would let us cook anything we wanted to. It was always so much fun staying over. I remember I loved to do yours and Mindy's hair.
I remember that hike and my dad pretending to fall of the cliff! I was so scared! We had a great childhood! I wish Grandma was still here with us. I'm sure she is watching from above. I love you!
